Christa Tinsley Spaht has been with the Market Street Services team since 2008. Her current role as Senior Project Manager involves working closely with clients every day to shepherd the strategic planning process, balance stakeholder engagement, and ensure that the following years of implementation are truly successful. She has managed processes in numerous communities and regions, including Madison, WI; Richmond, VA; Omaha, NE; Montgomery, AL; Joplin, MO; and Rome-Floyd County, GA, among others.
Christa received a Master of Public Administration with a specialization in planning and economic development from the Andrew Young School of Policy Studies at Georgia State University, and a bachelor’s of arts in English from the University of Georgia. She has presented at the American Chamber of Commerce Executives annual conference.
Christa is the only native of metro Atlanta at Market Street. Possibly a cafeteria lady in a past life, she loves the highs and lows of cooking for way too many friends, recently burning out her brand-new waffle maker after a particularly ambitious brunch. Christa’s favorite place to get away from it all is New Orleans, although with her husband’s influence she is learning to love doing nothing at the beach.
